The inital ordering and booking part of the process with PodPoint wasn't great but the installation itself was excellent: Craig agreed to turn up early to start the job before I headed out on the school run. He was punctual, efficient, polite, explained things clearly and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the job. The end result looks good.
