Luke was prompt, courteous, explained everything, was neat, tidy, left no mess, great experience. I realised after he'd gone that the optional lock we'd ordered had been forgotten but by the time we'd got through to the support centre Luke had realised and a note was on our file saying he would call back. He did, fitted the lock with an apology. Very happy to date.
