Appalling service. Company geared to making the sale not supporting the customer. Installation engineer worked extremely hard and was the only positive from my experience. Unit stopped working properly after one week. Customer helpline failed to return calls. Messages taken were ignored. Emails were ignored. Took the installation engineer to put four calls into his own office before I received a callback. Still not fixed 3 weeks on. No proper process for dealing with complaints.
