Before I ordered, I was assured that my home electrical supply did not require uprating.
On this basis I proceeded. After the installation SSEB contacted me that PODPOINT had asked for cable uprating works estimate.
I should have been told before agreeing.
This is unfaithful and very bad, shameful practice.
Nobody answers to my email contacts to clarify
I would not recommend PODPOINT to anyone.
