All communications with Pod point (including help on the Govt grant details and what to include for a company car) have been handled quickly, efficiently and with friendly and helpful interaction. Nice to have a company pick up the phone and answer! Below I have rated the 'booking process' with 3 stars as the link to accept the booking didn't work. Having sad that the team rang me and asked whether I wanted the slot. I think the failure of the link working in the mail has been raised. It happens :-) The installer was great, explained everything, did what he said he would and gave me a run thru of the charger. Good work!
