Despite having my initial appointment cancelled on the day of the appointment due to the fitters ill health, i am very pleased with the way it was handled. the online ordering was simple and efficient. I would also like to congratulate the technician, James of Quickcharge. He was professional, helpful and efficient. Communicated excellently with us and was a credit to your company. only complaint is nobody has sent details of the APP to download which was promised at the installation
