They're excellent. We've been working with Pod for over 2 years now, and have increased their involvement on several occasions to include print advertising, videography, PPC, CRO, SEO and much more. Pod has a hands-on approach, unlike other companies we used in the past that required constant chasing. Pod are extremely pro-active. It can be tough to keep up with their work rate at times! We trust them with all aspects of our business, bricks and mortar as well as online. Pod work to data-driven KPIs, which makes progress not only easy to monitor but simple to pursue. There are clear plans in place but Pod is also very good at reacting to 'on the spot' issues and circumstances as they arise. I have recommended Pod to numerous companies, and continue to do so. We wish we'd found them sooner.
