The team were excellent. One minor hiccup - my TV remote was left on the lorry - no attempt to contact me and inform me which led to considerable wasted time ploughing through every box looking for something that wasn't there. Having ascertained remote is in the office I have requested it be delivered to me as I cannot leave the house and need the remote.
