Ordered pats to be replace as a playground inspection, given order to replace parts on 8th Feb. Stated that there was a wait of 7-9 weeks. Told week of work to be done was week beginning 12th April. Rang on 14th person I needed not at work will contact me, No contact I rang again 16th only to be told that my work to be done date is 3rd may. 12 week wait for replacement parts NOT HAPPY
