We had a warranty claim on out 14 year old timber nest swing (15 year warranty on laminated timber, see picture) which was no quibble and a repair was offered straight away, however we decided to replace the whole swing with the upgraded steel in floor design due to its age and received a discount on a new swing instead of the warranty repair on the old swing, which was installed quickly and professionally.
