As you will be aware, my order was supposed to be dispatched on Wednesday last week, 31 March, as was stated in an email you sent to me when the order was placed. It was not sent then and I had to call the shop on Saturday to enquire what had happened to my order. It was only then that arrangments where made with DHL your end to send it. One question for you to consider is what would have happened if I had not called on Saturday to chase this order up?
