I finally woke up to the deadline for the ITIL Managing Professional Transition exam a month ago. Since engaging with Pink Elephant their responses have been fast and efficient. The course itself was excellent. There was a lot of material to cover as I expected and Adrian managed to keep the momentum and our engagement going for the full 5 days. Hats off to him for the achievement and my sincere thanks as i am looking forward to getting back to my day job which a long list of improvement initiatives and the knowledge and confidence to carry them forward. I wish I'd be able to do the course when it was first released, ITIL 4 makes so much more "common" sense.
