Adrian was a fantastic trainer who glided through the materials effectively and efficiently, adding some real work examples and much needed humour on quite a dry subject. He is extremely knowledgeable about the subject matter (ITIL) and differences from previous iterations. The WebEx technology itself was not the best at times in terms of reliability however this was handled most professionally by Adrian who stayed cool, calm and on top of the challenges that cropped up. Would definitely be happy to embark on another training with him again, likely when the next iteration is published!
