Tree arrived today. OK but not great. Lots of dropping needles (much more than in the past) even though it's a Nordmann Fir. Also tree wasn't a great shape (needed a lot of trimming to make it symmetrical) and trunk was tricky to
install in stand as it was quite misshapen. Overall
I'm disappointed as I'd heard such great things of the company. Don't think I'll be using you again.
