I have been using Picture Frame Studio now for a couple of years, and have had mixed experiences with them. I am an artist who often needs framing, but I think I am going to have to find another company for this. Their contact information is not up to date on their website, meaning it is often impossible to reach someone who works there about orders. They generally don't reply to emails, and a few times I have received frames with the incorrect measurements for the frame mount - and nothing has been done on there end to correct this. With a few adjustments, this could be a very good online framers, but I have found their standards have dropped.
