Avoid. Asked PGS to provide a quote to replace a boiler for my mother-in-law (of 82 yrs). Engineer failed to show on the first morning but did not notify her until the afternoon with a promise they would attend the following morning. Exactly the same thing happened on day 2. Very poor customer service.
