First point to make is that you can do the course and exam in your own time so amazing in that respect and highly recommended, the following points are intended to be suggestions and tweaks rather than criticism. Paid for the course on a Saturday afternoon and got the receipt straight away (The website says £100 but that doesn't include VAT which I didn't realise), did a live chat to see if the course would follow as wanted to do on the Sunday but no response, wasn't overly surprised as on a Saturday but pleasantly surprised that course links came through shortly after. The course itself took me a couple of hours including taking notes and spent another couple of hours revising and writing notes up. Course narration stuck on some modules so was a bit annoying to listen to but not the end of the world. Did the mock exam about 5 times and a lot of the same questions came up each time, on a couple of exams the same question was asked twice, also seemed that some questions didn't reflect the info in the course (contradicted it) and some questions weren't covered in the course. System check worked fine and exam instructions very clear. A few questions on the exam weren't covered on the course so took an educated guess (but not the right ones according to my results but passed so pleased anyway). The exam duration was an hour but don't think it will take this long, covered it in half the time without rushing and went through the questions/answers several times. Happy with doing the qualification this way and recommend.
