I asked for a pension review and was helped throughout the process by Louise Morgan. She has helped me from beginning to end by taking time to explain everything very patiently and in a manner I could actually understand. She has always been available either by email or on the phone to answer any queries I had. She was very thorough in asking all the relevant questions and I believe she found the best solution and way forward for my pension. The process is not quite finished yet but I have no doubt that she will be available to help with completing the process and also believe she will advise me for the best in the years to come. I also want to say that the language used by PensionLite in their brochures is as clear and simple as it can be when it comes to complex financial matters.
