This was my second course at Paya Thai Cooking and it was just as good as the previous one I attended.
We made Thai green curry, pad Thai and green papaya salad. All tasted amazing, particularly the papaya salad which I had never tried before.
The cooking lessons not only teach you how to cook each dish, but you also come away with a good understanding of the ingredients used and the flavour that they add to a dish.
And the best bit - you get to eat what you have made :)
