Order placed: 15th April, just before Easter so I expected delays, paid for next day delivery - estimated arrival 20th.
It is now the 28th and I have not had a single word from Support despite sending several messages.
My order is still set to 'Received' status and currently, the order status is 'Awaiting Pick' with currently no indication as to when that may change or when I can expect to receive it. Hopefully, I will receive it soon but only time will tell.
