I spent 45 pound to send a parcel and they just dumped it in a depot and did not sent it. I could only call to get a message to say it is at the depot - not saying which depot.
It was a birthday gift to be sent to Austria that is why I spent 45 pound
SO DISAPPOINTED and now I have to find where the parcel is
