I normally am a big fan of Papier product, but this time I ordered two baby photo books and at £80 they came with dark, greenish tinted photos. Completely washed out and muted all the pictures and created a dull, grainy, blurry effect (despite good quality photos!). I hope I can get a refund or a quality reprint, otherwise I don’t see myself coming back as a customer :(
