I went to Pall Mall for a head MRI today and I cannot fault them, the reception were helpful, the scan was so much quicker than I expected. They usually take up to an hour but I was out within 20 minutes.
It’s also worth nothing the scanner was no where near as loud as the NHS ones - I think this is a major plus because honestly the NHS one I had sounded like a sledge hammer was being whacked against the machine and it was terrifying.
I was so nervous but the lady who scanned me was so helpful and reassuring despite how upset I was. Would highly recommend
