I enquired about booking a blood test around midday and was called back within a couple of hours to arrange and book in! I was then booked for the following week at a time suitable to me. The lady on the phone was lovely and extremely helpful.
When I arrived at the clinic for my appointment I didn’t even have time to sit down as my nurse called me in straight away! Very efficient. I was made to feel at ease and was done and dusted within 20 minutes.
I will definitely choose and return to pall mall again in the future!
