We were very very pleased with the whole service we received from beginning to end. The surveyor arrived as planned to measure the job and we were given a provisional date for installation at the time. However, due to the unusual circumstances of Covid 19 the date was cancelled and were eventually given the first possible date Wales could be entered. The installers were very polite, hard working, arrived on time and didn't stop for long until the job was finished. They caused a minimum of mess and took all rubbish away with them. They showed pride in their work and every time they were given refreshment they explained each stage of the job to us. We would recommend it to any family or friends who would wish to have the same job done. Well done Outdoor Building Group!!
