Impossible to get Origin to cover contractual warranty.
I installed a $10,000.00 folding door. The hinges broke for the second time. Origin acknowledges parts are under warranty but for the past 8 months it has been IMPOSSIBLE to have them fix the issue.
DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT.
So ridiculous, I have to get my attorney involved for breach of contract.
