I had an electrical fault in my flat that was also affecting the hot water supply. It was a complex nightmare that I didn't understand at all. Onsite electrical were punctual, patient and efficient at solving what we discovered was a very weird set of problems. They explained everything to me carefully, making sure I understood what was happening at each step. Aside from fixing the problems, they also gave me some great advice on how to prevent problems in the future. It was evident they really cared. I would highly recommend the team to anyone.
