Enjoyed taking the family to the cinema (twice in one week) but the carpark is a joke. We received 2 parking tickets. There is NO CLEAR SIGNAGE to say its now changed to pay and display and the staff at reception did not mention that you needed to input your reg plate. The staff SHOULD tell customers this. The parking people are laughing at everyone.
