Shipping takes weeks - literally, not an exaggeration. Customer 'service' is rude and deliberately antagonizing - and they only communicate by email, they have no phone number. You will not get anywhere with them - they use Royal Mail because when a delivery fails, it still shows as 'delivered' - because it gets 'delivered' to the Sorting Office or Post Office or wherever. Dig into the tracking and you'll see the delivery failed. Rubbish company - avoid.
