The facility is fairly basic - 20' containers in an outdoor facility with very basic security. The containers are clean though and the account handling is good and responsive. Although there is a gate and a keycode access, it would be easy to gain access as the facility is unattended and the you can walk under the gate. Your main security is the padlock on the container. I'm happy at the price though and have been customer for a while. Access around the site is getting harder due to the number of containers now. Sometimes it's difficult to get in because people park across the gate during working hours (several auto companies share the same site).
