The staff are friendly and informative. They knwo thier stuff but are good at getting through the chatter to the answers. And then they are really effficient just getting on with iei I prefer speaking to someone rather than a computer. The option to pay over 10 months is good for poorer but ambitious and conscientious folk such as myself. I wonder would I continue with you if I paid yearly and yes of course. Mainly because there is a human to discuss. I have not received my paperwork via my email yet for this years insurance but when you send as normal I cannot read it.
