We brought a bike from North Bikes that felt like a bit of a risk. There are very few reviews of this bike around and we were worried we’d made a bad choice. It arrived flat packed and no matter how much we adjusted it we couldn’t get the brakes to work properly. North Bikes were great at dealing with the situation. The offered us either a full refund for the bike or to refund the cost of having the brakes fixed locally. We went for the second option and are more than happy with our choice of bike and the company we brought from. The bike was also available at a variety of different companies, but North Bikes worked out the best value due to the free delivery. Would really recommend.
