We have been using the services of Norango for over 10 years. In the early days, when we had very few staff, it was imperative to have someone taking calls for us when we were out on visits. We find using Norango to be the perfect backup service, for when we are not directly available and as an out of hours service. which is a huge advantage to us here at Eploy. There was one particular time when I had been trying to reach one of our clients for a while but she was never available. Eventually when she did get back to me no one was available on site, to take her call and I was out of the office. A Norango staff member took that call and immediately sent the message through to me. It was such a relief to realise I hadn’t been ignored. If we hadn’t had Norango in place I might never had managed to speak to that client and future business may well have been lost.
