Shocking beyond belief! To start with Tom on the helpdesk is doing no favours for the business, if he is one of the owners well that says it all. Nitrotek are con men selling faulty goods and will not refund. With their reputation, why wouldn't they test each item before sending? The faulty ones can at least go back to their source. Not refunding though is against the law and I would recommend that each and everyone contact the Trading Standards and Small Claims Court.
