The service when I rang is very good and prompt, but the agent you sent dowm went to the wrong building and also did not ring me as we spoke a day eailer and agreed.
It was when I spoke to my manager to find out no one came. I rang your agent and as he did not have full details of the property he went to the wrong building, which cost me a days delay....
Not happy as thime delay cost me money.
It would of been polite for the company to at least send me apology for this mishap.
