What a brilliant company to deal with. I made a mistake when ordering chest waders ( I didn't read the sizes correctly) and needed to order a smaller size. I contacted the company and they were extremely helpful and were able to offer me a satisfactory alternative. I sent the originals back and within days I had received a new pair that fit perfectly. Not only did they sort me out but there was a small balance owing to me on the original purchase price and this was refunded before I'd even received the replacements. I will most definitely be doing business with this supplier again. Pity allon-line fishing retailers aren't quite so good.
