I had a problem, I phoned New Venture Products spoke to Mark and the issue was solved in no time, it is great that you can speak to some one who can act on your query , rather than sending email problems that take time to resolve .This company was fantastic and helpful that is why 5 star is warranted. You will also receive email once the order is processed. The distribution company sends email day before delivery is due, email on the day with a delivery window and you can track your item. what else do you need.
