Had a negative equity problem and the property was sold with over £80 thousand owing. I was unable to get a deal with the bank and then was offered the IVA route which was so much cheaper and I borrowed less from my family to sort the debt out. The IVA finally completed and closed and a weight off my mind. The whole case did drag on for longer than I thought it would at the start and I did feel it would never end so glad it is all over. Some brilliant staff helped along the way so a special mention for Mark who answered every question I could throw at him, and who suggested and sorted the IVA stress free and so fast!! I had almost £100 thousand of debt in total and settled at around 10% and also the fees I paid as well but I have saved 15 years of worry and paying for a house i could not afford so thank you for your help from the bottom of my heart
