I was really surprised by the taste, as I was expecting it to have an over powering taste of grass, instead it had a more subtle slightly salty flavour. I thoroughly enjoyed it and could easily drink it neat unlike something like spirulina whereI have to heavily descise the taste, other wise I would be sick! I would defiantly purchase this organic raw barley grass juice again!
