I absolutely love the taste of my food when cooking with this Ghee and adding it to my vegetables. It has a lovely creamy taste. It’s important that the cows who produce this are grass fed. Since increasing my “good fats” I have dropped 20lbs of body fat since Jan 2018! Thank you!
