Dealing with the company was very good in all areas. The Price paid was very competitive, however My only gripe is that this is a very expensive product compared to say Rockwool. If there could be some more discount that would help.
It is like having to pay more for an organic product in a supermarket where the value and quality don't justify the extra price. I know it is helping the environment but....
