Very helpful and knowledgeable when I initially contacted them. Subsequent calls were equally helpful. I made my order and the first part of my order came a day earlier that expected which was good then the second part a day later than expected but was soon sorted when I enquired after its whereabouts. It was the next drop and arrived safely. The loose fill insulation went a lot further than I imagined it would so we have 4,nearly 5 bags over. My son will be able to use it so not a problem. The roll too went further so I have 2rolls spare but I have another roof I can use it in so not a problem at all. All in all an excellent service and excellent product. We feel warmer already.
