The most awful service I've ever experienced. Firstly, there were purchased wrongs goods what I'd ordered. Secondly , I tried to call to Narural Complexions and I wasn't able to connect them for 2 days. On the first day I did 4 calls and no answer and there was said if I leave my name and number they will call me back. But it didn't happen untill next day midday when I called myself again. Then, the phone was picked up and I talked to the lady. I explained the situation and she said she has to talk to the manager and gives a call back in 30 mins. I asked to call me back after 3.30 pm anytime but she said she won't call me back that she has a client. SO WHAT! Am I not a cliet?! And she didn't suggest me anything better! So I just wanted to save time when I ordered goods from this company. But it looks that I just did double wasting time and made more trouble for myself. (Ordering-purchased wrong goods- calling and trying to solve the problem but no normal respond from the company-return ( even which I couldn't do because of my busy time)).
