You never want to get in touch with customer services, you just want what you were promised when you were promised it.
If do have trouble though, rest assured, Native Skatestore has great customer service. They may not be able to perform miracles but they will pull out all the stops and do what they can to make a bad thing good. They were very responsive and helpful when I reached out and I commend them for it.
