The mattress topper was excellent quality and very comfortable when used on its own.
However the topper did not fix to our existing mattress very well (pulled at the corners) and did not improve the overall comfort, so we decided to return the topper and buy a new mattress instead. Excellent customer service from Panda, great communication and quick collection and refund - no problems at all. Thank you Panda
