I'd researched a few mattress toppers and decided on the Panda, but had to wait a few weeks as the size I wanted was out of stock. I got an email from them to advise they were now back in stock, I ordered it without any issues and was advised it would be 3-5 working days for delivery. It was actually delivered the next day, fantastic service. The topper itself is awesome, feels really supportive and is super comfortable. The cover is easy to remove and clean, though getting it back on was a struggle but purely because I don't have much space either side of the bed. Great product, great service.
