This is the 2nd Panda topper I've purchased. We find it does help with sore shoulders and hips, alleviating those aches and pains as you get older. I'm not 100% sure it isn't slightly too soft for long-term skeletal support but we're enjoying it right now and sleep seems to be deeper with less wakefulness. Considering how dramatically important good rest is, this topper is worth every penny. I looked at many different kinds of toppers with most seemingly just a thick duvet, this is majestically superior in quality and manufacture. I may consider a pillow at some point although haven't had great experiences previously with memory foam pillows causing neck pain, so am reluctant to try at the moment.
