Received on time, well packaged and after a day spread out of the floor, it reformed into a nice flat shape. No smell either which was nice.
No need to use the straps to hold it on the bed, it sits OK without using them, but nice they're there in case.
VERY comfortable and perfect size (small UK double). Can't fault it in any way and very pleased with my purchase.
