yet again I have received a message saying that my parcel has been successfully delivered WHILE I WAS HERE when it has not. Don't yet know if it's a lucky neighbour who'll have to deal with it or whether it's just gone AWOL like a previous one. Absolutely appalling service. Can I give it no stars?
And then all the hassle of trying to find someone to talk to about it...
