Claire is an absolute dream to work with. We hit it off immediately - she fully understood my vision from the beginning. Not only is she super responsive, thoughtful, professional and has a great eye - she is also just so lovely and I really enjoyed all our conversations. She had completed my design within mere days which I really appreciated as was keen to start ordering things ASAP. There were several options in differing price ranges for every item, which really gave me a great variety of options and allowed me to stick to my budget. Everything was on point - from the paint colour, to the larger items to the smaller decorative accessories. Then a big thank you to Laura, who is also fantastic. She got the items I needed ordered and on their way promptly. She went out of her way to contact the stores I needed, waive shipping fees for me, price match stores. And is also so responsive, I never had to wait for an answer. I cannot recommend My Bespoke Room enough - this is my first time decorating a room and I could not have asked for any better people - Claire and Laura were so great at guiding me through the process. I am so happy I stumbled upon My Bespoke Room. I look forward to working with them again on future rooms (emphasis on the plural rooms there) soon. Thank you!
